1. Why are the jewels proposed by Divinescence less expensive than somewhere else?

There are three main reasons that allow us to offer the lowest prices:

First of all, unlike most of the jewelers, we do not buy the precious stones (rough or cut) that we use at brokers. We are working with a professional diamond dealer who perfectly knows the diamond market. His knowledge and experience in this field allows him to benefit from best prices from the diamond bourses without use of intermediary or broker.
Secondly, all jewels we sell are designed, manufactured and set by our craftsmen in our own workshop. No part of the work is outsourced so we can significantly reduce our production costs. It also reduces the risks of mistakes that can damage the final product and our trade reputation. Therefore, the fact that the items are exclusively homemade is an excellent quality guarantee.

Finally, an on line jeweler’s shop do not need many financial and in-kind investments than a real boutique. This helps us to reduce our production costs, and consequently, our prices.

2. How is the delivery made?

Your jewels will be delivered at the address that you indicated on the purchase form by a professional carrier. The risk of loss is almost nil as all parcels we sent are equipped with a reliable traceability system. You can thus keep an eye on your items until they reach the addressee. Furthermore, all consignments are covered by insurance.

It should be noted that the parcels sent abroad can be subject to a tax that will be charged at its reception. We recommend you to ask for information about the tax you may pay at the customs services of your country before placing an order.

3. I’m not satisfied by the jewel that has been sent to me. What shall I do?

Our clients’ satisfaction is one of Divinescence main objectives. Therefore, all our items are subjected to a money-back guarantee. We give a 30 days (working days) delay after you receive your jewel for you to convince yourself you have done the right choice. If finally the item does not suit you, you have 3 options :

- Refund: we will pay off the purchase price within 30 days (working days) after we receive the item you returned with the invoice. The money will be sent by Paypal or by bank transfer.

- Exchange: you have the possibility to exchange the item that does not suit you against another one in our catalog. Nevertheless, the price of the new item you choose must not exceed the price of the one that you return. And if you choose a cheaper one, we do not pay off the difference.

- The credit note: if you cannot find an item for the exchange in our catalog, we can keep your money until the new arrival in which you will choose one that better suits you.

4. Do I have to keep the invoice?

When you place your order, we will send you a purchase confirmation mail and your invoice. We recommend you to keep the invoice which you will use for a complaint, as a proof of your purchase and for asserting your insurance.

5. How to return an item ?

We recommend you to wrap it carefully before you put it in the box. Do not forget to enclose the certificate. You can then send it to:

N.B: Returning an item is entirely free of charges. Nevertheless, it should be noted that the custom made jewels, those that have been engraved and those that have been damaged will not be exchanged or paid off.
